25. Hold on to 'I am'

Qn: Are you ever glad or sad? Do you show joy and sorrow?

Ans: Call them as you please. These are States of mind only and I am not the mind. The realization of unity is beyond mind. All is Self, all is myself. Naming cannot go beyond mind.

Perceiving is consciousness itself. Like salt in every drop in the ocean, every experience gives me the touch of reality. In hospital, all are dreaming, but the common thing is illness.

Hold on to 'I am'. Let go all else. This is Sadhana. Bodies come and go in consciousness-Birth and death. Reality can neither be proved nor disproved.

The manifested (Saguna) and unmanifested are not different. It is a stage where the world drama is being played.

When you are complete, fully integrated (Purna), you enjoy the Universe. Does a flower try to be beautiful?

Similarly, God is perfection itself, not an effort at perfection.

Qn: You speak of Sad-Chit-Ananda. That I am is obvious. That I know is obvious. That I am happy is not at all obvious.

Ans: Be aware of your own being and that is Bliss Consciousness.

Qn: Both Yoga and Bhoga lead to liberation?

Ans: Why do you call Bhoga a path. True happiness is spontaneous and effortless. Happiness is unshakable.

Find what you have never lost, find the inalienable.
