consciousness-expanding variety. Drugs are unreliable, transitory and destructive of organism and personality.
Ans: You do not need help, only advice. A quiet mind un-distorted by desires and fears, free from ideas and opinions, clear on all levels is needed to reflect Reality. Be clear, quiet, alert and detached. All else will happen by itself. The world consists of matter, energy and intelligence.
Memory cannot be erased easily. But I am doing it all the time. Like a bird on its wings, I leave no footprints. The unconscious is in the grip of destiny. Integrity and purity remove the obstacles and the vision of Reality appears on the mind.
Qn: Is action essential for self realization?
Ans: For realization, understanding is essential. The witness is that which says I know. The person says I do. The first is not untrue, the second is altogether false. In a jungle, a plank is shaped out of timber and a small pencil is made to write on it. The witness reads the writing and knows that the pencil and plank are distantly related to the jungle.
The dissolution of personality is followed by a sense of great relief. In washing printed cloth, first the design fades and end is plain white. Personality gives place to the witness, then witness goes and pure awareness remains.
Qn: How to reach perfection?
Ans: Keep quiet, do your work in the world, but inwardly keep quiet. Then all will come to you. Don't rely on work for realization. Keep silent in mind and quiet in heart. Realized people are very quiet.
