Qn: What do you do when asleep?
Ans: I am aware of being asleep, awake or dreaming. In each state you forget the other two while to me, there is only one state of being, including and transcending the three mental states of waking, dreaming and sleeping.
Qn: Do you see in the world direction and purpose?
Ans: The world is a reflection of my imagination. The world is in me, the world is myself.
Qn: Do you dream? What are your dreams?
Ans: Of course! they echo the waking state.
Qn: And your deep sleep?
Ans: The brain consciousness is suspended.
Qn: Are you then unconscious?
Ans: Yes. of my surroundings.
Qn: You use the terms-aware and consciousness. Are they not the same?
Ans: Awareness is primordial, the original state, beginningless, endless, uncaused, unsupported, without parts and without change. Consciousness is on contact, a state of duality.
There can be no consciousness without consciousness. But there can be awareness without consciousness. Awareness is absolute. Consciousness is relative to something, partial and changeful.
Awareness is total, changeless, calm and silent. Awareness is in every state of consciousness.
Qn: What is Self Realization?
Ans: The opposite of ignorance. To know the Self as the only reality. It is like cleaning the mirror. The thought 'I am' is the polishing cloth. Use it.
