Qn: Kindly tell us how you realized?
Ans: I met my Guru when I was 34 and realized by 37. Pleasure and pain lost their sway over me. I was free from desire and fear.
In the ocean of pure awareness, on the surface of universal consciousness, waves of the phenomenal world arise. As consciousness, they are all me.
As events, they are mine. A mysterious power looks after them. That power is awareness, self, life, God, the foundation and ultimate support of all. Be free of name and form, desires and fears. Then what remains?
Qn: Nothingness.
Ans: Yes, the void but full to the brim. It is the eternal potential, as the consciousness is the eternal actual.
Qn: The void is void, of little use to us!
Ans: How can you say so. Without breach in continuity, how can there be rebirth. Without death, it would be eternal senility.
Qn: Is there no immortality?
Ans: Immortality is not continuity. Only change continues. Nothing lasts. Awareness is not of time.
Beyond consciousness, where is time and space.
Qn: Within consciousness is body.
Ans: To me, it is 'a body', 'a mind' not 'my body' or 'my mind'. My physical waking state reacts spontaneously.
I was born a simple commoner with little education, with common desires and fears. Occasionally emotional or mental reactions are noticed but they are at once discarded.
I am dead to mind and body. With self control, awareness shifts its focus to deeper levels of existence and action. Free from problems, life becomes a journey into the unknown.
