Qn: I had some inner experiences. I know I am not the body or mind. I seem to be all over the place. I find myself to be all I see and the world and myself become one.
Desires come but they are short and superficial. Sometimes I see my body and mind engaged in them (fulfilling). Desires affect the shape and content of the mind.
I am a probation officer by profession. I need to work because it puts me in touch with living beings. Ramana Maharishi and Douglas Harding put me on the way how to work on "Who I am".
It was quick and sudden like a flash of understanding. I am neither the perceived nor the perceiver. I am perceiving only.
Ans: Not even the perceiving, but that which makes all this possible.
Qn: What is love?
Ans: Absence of distinction and separation. Love may cause pain; you call it then compassion.
Qn: What is happiness?
Ans: Harmony between inner and outer Self. Self identification causes suffering. Once the Self learns to look out (Viveka), to live alone (Vairagya) and to behave right (Uparati), it develops the inner urge (Mumukshattva) to seek the Source.
The candle of body is lighted and all becomes clear and bright (Atma-Prakash). (Sat-Sang) is the supreme remedy for all ills, physical and mental.
All suffering is born of desire.
Qn: What is the place of love?
Ans: Love is a state of being and not bodily pleasures. Love is wise. Understand the true nature of Love- then there is no conflict or confusion.
WITHOUT LOVE ALL IS EVIL, even life itself.
