Qn: We have a Guru of Radha Saomi faith and we value Sat-Sang. We have met holy people.
Ans: You have met anchorites and ascetics, but a fully realized man, conscious of his divinity (Swarupa) is hard to find.
Saints and Yogis, by effort and sacrifice, acquire miraculous powers, help people and inspire faith.
Yet it does not make them perfect.
It is not a way to reality but enrichment of the false leads to more effort. The built must be maintained, the acquired protected against decay and loss.
Whatever can be lost is not really one's own; what is not your own is useless. In my world, nothing is pushed about.
All happens by itself. All existence is in space and time, limited and temporary.
He who experiences existence, is also limited and temporary. I am not concerned with what exist and who exists.
Persons who, after much effort, have fulfilled ambitions and secured higher levels of experience, are usually conscious of their standing.
They grade people into hierarchies ranging from the lowest non achiever to the highest achiever. To me all are equal.
Just as shape of gold does not alter the fact it is gold, so is man's essence unaffected. Mere knowledge is not enough. The knower must be known.
Pandits and Yogis know many things. Of what use is knowledge if Self is not known. When I met my Guru, he told me - 'you are not what you take yourself. Find out what you are. Watch the sense 'I am'. Find your real Self'.
I obeyed and trusted. I looked at myself in silence.
It took 3 years to realize my true nature. My Guru died soon after I met him.
I am neither the body nor the mind nor mental faculties. I am not what you think me to be. You must gain your own experience.
Once you have a glimpse of your own being, you will not find it difficult to understand.
We believe so many things on hearsay, lands and peoples, Gods & Goddesses. Truth destroys the false. To destroy false, question your own inveterate beliefs.
Of these, the idea you are the body is the worst. With it comes world, God, creation, fears, religions, prayers, sacrifice and all other systems just to protect the child-man frightened by monsters of his own making.
What you are cannot be born or die. With fear gone, suffering ends. What mind invents, it destroys.
Hold on to that over which mind has no power.
Faith in Guru, faith expressed in action, is sure means to realization. Cease to be the object and become the subject of all that happens.
Once having turned within, you will find yourself beyond the subject and beyond the object. To the Supreme, the term 'real' does not apply.
The universal mind Chidakash makes and unmakes and creates the world. Supreme- Paramakash - imparts reality to creation.
Shun not desire. See it flows into right channels. Without desire, you are dead. With low desires, you are a ghost.
Qn: What experience comes nearest to Supreme?
Ans: Immense peace and boundless love. The Gods and Goddesses that supervise the world may be most wonderful and glorious beings, yet they are like gorgeously dressed servants who proclaim power and riches of their master.
Qn: How does one reach Supreme State?
Ans: By renouncing lesser desires. As long as you are pleased with lesser you cannot have the highest.
What ever pleases you, keeps you back. The integrity of desire for the Supreme is by itself a call from the Supreme. Nothing physical or mental can give you freedom.
To find the Guru and also the trust in him is rare luck. It does not happen often. When it happens, you cannot say why.
You only cover up your ignorance by calling it Karma, grace or will of God. Most disciples do not trust their Gurus.
You are out to buy a heaven and imagine Guru will supply it for a price. You cheat only yourself.
When you meet a worthy man, You will love and trust him and follow his advice.
The role of realized people is to set an example of perfection for others to admire and love. Pleasure puts you to sleep and pain wakes you up.
You cannot know yourself by bliss alone for bliss is your very nature.
You must face the opposite-what you are not- to find enlightenment.
