65. A Quiet Mind is All You Need

Qn: I am not well. What am I to do?

Ans: Who is unwell; you or the body. You are glad when body was well or sad when unwell. Who is sad or glad?

Qn: The mind.

Ans: Who knows the variable mind.

Qn: The knower.

Ans: Who knows the knower? The mind is discontinuous. It blanks in sleep, swoon or distraction.

Qn: Memory stands for continuity.

Ans: Memory is partial and unreliable. Look away from mind. When the mind is quiet, it is permeated by a light and a love.

Qn: How to recognize that state?

Ans: There will be no fear. The entire universe is your body. You ARE. Dive deep into yourself in search of your true nature. Knowing yourself as the dweller in the universal and personal bodies. You will disown nothing.

Realize the ocean of consciousness. Have the experience of just BEING. Some call it super conscious, pure consciousness or Supreme Consciousness. It is the Pure awareness free from subject-object nexus. Consciousness is full of gaps. Continuity of identity is due to something beyond consciousness.

When the mind is quiet, you can go beyond it. Don't keep it busy. Give it rest. You are beyond mind, but you know with your mind. A quiet mind is all you need. Self awareness effects changes in the mind, inner energies wake up and work miracles. Don't thwart destiny. Fulfill yourself.
